SubOptic 2016 undersea communication conference. SubOptic 2016 SubOptic 2016 will be the ninth in the series of undersea communications conferences, the first being held in 1986. It will be Hosted by E-marine PJSC in the Conrad Hotel, Dubai, U.A.E, between the 18th-21st April 2016. Information about SubOptic 2016 can be obtained from our website at www.suboptic.org or by contacting the Secretary at john-horne@btconnect.com SubOptic is a non-profit, non-incorporated international organization, which is steered and sponsored by leading members of the telecommunications industry. Its activities are open to every level of the industry, including those who manufacture cable systems and their components to purchasers of cable networks, purchasers of system capacity, business analysts, regulators, financiers and investors. Its main activity is to organize the SubOptic series of conference events.
